& Automatic production line  

Brank making workshop: As an intelligent production line with automatic blanking process, we can increase our operation efficiency and reduce the labor costs. These Zhang Xiaoquan's original production line, the uniqueness of automatic blanking result in higher safety and reduced risks and injuries cause by the operation. Updated the quality standard to make every blank standardization and industrialization.

Grinding  Workshop

Grinding workshop: Our automatic grinding production line included rough grinding outer blade, rough grinding opening blade and fine grinding. The traditional production line is operated by many workers. But now it can be simplified into one person, which greatly saves the labor and increase the production capacity.

There are total six groups intelligent equipments in automatic edging line. Through those machines, we can accomplish three processing steps: grinding, edging and burring. The edging angle and sharpness is very important for the knife. We have high requirements for ourselves, only to manufacture the products that our people need.

Automatic Knife Packaging Assembing

 Automatic knife set packaging Line can improve our work efficiency. Through the first inspection, final inspection and spot inspection, total three inspection processes to ensure the product quality. And also matched with two competent package processes of knife box and carton to guarantee the products is leakproof. Through the complete automatic packaging line, we improved the production efficiency, reduced material operation, and simplified the process, to complete the "one-line flow" packaging assumption and upgrade.

Experiment Center

Zhang Xiaoquan’s production workshop provide a guarantee basis for the production capacity output. The Experiment Center ensures that Zhang Xiaoquan’s products can pass the markets and consumers’ inspection as it is the last barrier. The entire experiment center was designed and built according to ISO/IEC17025 standard.
